What if no dock is free?
The app shows the nearest station with space. Park there and get 10 free minutes for the walk.
Do I need a helmet?
We recommend one. 40 stations lend helmets for free, cleaned after every ride.
Can two people ride on one account?
Yes, unlock up to three bikes at once and ride together.
What happens if the bike breaks?
End the ride in the app, tap Report, and the minutes after that are on us.
