Why teams trust it
Answers you can check.
Every answer shows its source
Each sentence links to the page it came from. One click, and you read it yourself.
Only what you may see
Orbit follows the rights you already have. A file closed to you stays closed in every answer.
Says when it does not know
If your files do not hold the answer, Orbit says so, and never makes one up.
How it works
Three steps, one afternoon.
- 1
Connect a folder
Point Orbit at the shared drive, the mailbox or the wiki your team already uses.
- 2
Let it read
Orbit reads every file once and keeps an index inside your own workspace.
- 3
Ask in plain words
Type a question the way you would ask a colleague. The answer comes with its sources.
Orbit in numbers
- 4 sfor an answer, on average
- 9 of 10answers link to a page you can open
- 0files ever used to train a model
Security
Your documents never train a model.
Orbit reads your files to answer you, and for nothing else. That is written into every contract.
Your files stay yours
Nothing you connect is used to train any model, ours or anyone else’s.
Inside your workspace
The index lives in your own cloud space in the EU, encrypted.
Every question logged for you
Admins see who asked what, and can delete it all in one go.
Pricing
Free while we learn.

Questions, answered.
Which files can Orbit read?
Text you can open on a computer: documents, PDFs, sheets, slides, mail and notes. Scans are read too.
Is the answer always right?
Not always, which is why every sentence shows its source. If the files do not say, Orbit says it does not know.
Who can see my questions?
You, and the admins of your workspace if your team turns the log on. Nobody at Orbit reads them.
When does the beta open?
We let in a few teams each week. Join the list and we write when it is your turn.
